RWYC 2024 Members Survey Report
Dear Members
The primary role of the Flag Officers, Honorary Officers and Management Committee (MC) is to manage the Club in a way which ensures that it remains relevant to members and continues to deliver what they want. The aim of the recent member Survey was to seek member views to help the MC drive the clubs future strategy.
Many members gave their time to fill out the survey and much valuable information was gained. The survey output was discussed at a dedicated meeting of Flags and Hons in mid January and then presented to the MC for comment and action. You will understand that it has taken a little time to go through those steps, however the Management Committee is now delighted to share the output from the survey, which will also be uploaded to the Clubs website.
Finally, the Management Committee would like to thank all the members who gave their time in completing the survey, to the small sub committee who designed the survey, and to Keith Jamieson for providing the delivery platform.
