Paddle Board Club and Powerboat Courses

The RWYC Paddle board Club has had quite a few attendees so far and we would love to have more of you join us. The club now has 12 boards to be hired for a fee of £10pp, to hire a club board you must email Zoe on [email protected] to book this in, then an invoice will be sent out to confirm your booking.
If you have your own board, kayak, canoe etc then bring it down and join in with us, it is a very leisurely evening and has been created as a way for members and friends to get out on the water and meet new people.
The club meets from 6pm on a Wednesday evening, everyone will be on the water and leaving no later than 6.30pm. Matthew the Chief Instructor will be out there in a rib as support, so don’t worry if you’re not overly confident just come down and have some fun.
This is open to all members, friends and juniors; juniors must be accompanied by an adult if they are under the age of 16.
The bar is open for hot and cold drinks, even if you just want to watch and see what this is all about.

Training are also arranging some dates to run Powerboat courses after the Jubilee week, so do get in touch if this would be of interest to you.
