Hope you had a great Easter weekend, however you spent it.As we all know the club racing cannot happen without members volunteering for duties and we are very grateful for all of you that do this. To enable more members to assist on the water the club have come up with two offerings; For those of you that already have your powerboat level two certificate;
Our training instructors are offering free of charge, two Sunday dates for members to come to the club and do a refresher.
This will be a mixture of land based and water based activities.
They will go through everything you need to know about getting the boats ready and kit to do a safety duty.
then if you wish you can brush up on your driving skills and try out the new ribs at the same time.
The two dates on offer are April 23rd and April 30th these will run 9.30am to 11.30am, to book in for this please email [email protected] as we do have limited numbers for on the water. For those of you that want your powerboat level two certificate;
The club would like to offer a discounted rate of £140.00 per person.
The course will need three people to go a head and is a full two day course, running 9.30am to 4.30pm.
The club ask that in return you sign up for two duties this season please, that can be as driver, assistant or retriever and if you have done so already we thank you.
The first couple of dates available are; April 26th and 27th and May 3rd and 4th
