Food and Functions
Bar meals are served between 6.30pm-8.30pm on Friday nights, no reservation is required, but please be aware that this is first come first served. Meals may be available at other times too, please check with the bar staff for details.
A lunch menu is available on Saturday/Sunday throughout the year (except on Stewards winter holidays) and also available Monday to Wednesday on Race Weeks. Please note that you do not need to book for this and that payment should be made at the time to the kitchen.
Suppers and Club functions – notices for these will be posted on the Social Notice board. Please add your name to the list if you would like to attend or call the clubhouse. Please also indicate if you are a vegetarian or have any other food allergies and you will be catered for appropriately. Payment for these should be made at the time of the event and to the Bar staff. Please try to give as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel a booking as we often have a cancellation list. Please note that if you cancel on the day, you will be charged full price for your cancellation.
If you would like to book a private function please contact the Stewards in the first instance to ensure that your preferred date is available. If it is, then the Hon. House Secretary is consulted. We are more than happy to cater for any event from Dinner parties to Anniversaries – please ask!
